General daily schedule: (each morning practice will have journaling cues… you are invited to bring a journal with you to practice, and welcome to spend time in the shala or elsewhere journaling afterward)

06/18: arrive, settle in to rooms. If you arrive early, set down your bags and make yourself at home

5pm Fire ceremony (locally initiated leaders):

8:15-9:15pm Myofascial release and restorative yin yoga to remedy travel weariness and melt you into a good sleep

7-9am (water element): Morning practice: asana and pranayama
9am Breakfast: Smoothies, fruit, yogurt and granola, hot water with lemon
Free time - see the ruins, swim in the Caribbean sea, explore the lush landscape…
11:30pm Brunch - breakfast/lunch combo (Ayurveda recommends largest meal midday)
Rest and digest or go play and explore
1-2pm: Philosophy in the Tara Stupa: koshas and vayus
