Join me in retreat this summer solstice, June 18-23, 2025 at IKAL Tulum in Tulum Ruins National Park, for 6 days of immersion in yoga, nature, and community.
We will explore the five layers (koshas) of the self through the lens of yoga, the five elements, building blocks of self and world, and discern what we wish to cultivate in ourselves and the world, in service to both.
Each day a different element to experience, a layer of self to unfold and investigate.
Two classes daily, morning and evening, lecture and meditation, three farm to table meals daily.
Build community, and find solitude. Immerse in nature and yoga.
Practices include vinyasa, hatha, yoga nidra, pranayama (breath work), meditation, restorative yoga, journaling, fire ceremony, temazcal (traditional sweat lodge), jungle, sea and ruins to explore.
